By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Enrollment & Payment

Registration is complete once this form and payment are received. Spots are limited and held upon payment.

2. Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless the spot is filled from a waitlist, we will gladly refund your tuition, less a $25 administration fee.

Missed classes, including absences due to illness, vacations or scheduling conflicts, are not prorated, refunded, or made up.

3. Studio Expectations & Behavior

Dragonfly Studios is a small-group creative environment. Students are expected to participate respectfully and safely. If a child demonstrates ongoing disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior that impacts the experience of others, parents/guardians will be contacted. If the behavior continues, Dragonfly Studios reserves the right to dismiss a student from the program. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

4. Studio Care & Materials

We are a shared creative studio, and we teach students to use materials thoughtfully and respectfully. Artists are expected to follow project guidelines, care for tools and supplies, and avoid waste or intentional misuse. Intentional damage to studio property or materials is not acceptable within our studio environment. Families may be responsible for replacing items that are deliberately damaged.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that art activities may involve materials and tools that carry minor risks (paint, scissors, clay tools, etc.). I release and hold harmless Dragonfly Studios and its staff from liability related to participation in studio programs.

6. Photo Release

I grant permission for Dragonfly Studios to use photographs of my child and their artwork for studio marketing unless I notify the studio in writing.

7.. Program Changes & Cancellations

Dragonfly Studios reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. In that event, families will receive a refund.
